In an email from Chris Smith, North Coast State Forest Coalition there is a note about the Oregon Department of Forestry continuing to take public comments on classifications of state forest lands in Tillamook and Clatsop State Forests.
The Department of Forestry is taking public comments on the proposed "High Value Conservation Area" classification for state forest lands until FRIDAY April 14th at 5 p.m. This is your last chance to speak up for this unprecedented rule change and support long-lasting, durable conservation areas on the Tillamook and Clatsop State Forests.
